Apartment:

We provide fully furnished apartments for our teachers.  All apartments have high speed wireless Internet access and private shower and kitchen areas.  Our Innoshima apartments are located above the main school.  Monthly rental is subtracted from wages:

Rental:  ￥40,000 (includes parking)

Key money: ￥10,000 (1st 6 months only)

Utilities:  ￥10,000            

TOTAL:  ￥60,000/month

Transport:

A major bus stop is located very near the apartments.  Local and inter-city buses to Fukuyama and Hiroshima pass by about every 30 minutes.  There is a ferry port to the two adjacent islands about 100 meters away.  Instructors may use a company car or scooter both in and out of work (Japanese driver's license or international motorbike license required).
