Yes. We provide free pick-up and drop-off services within Onomichi City for our students.

Enrollment & Tuition Fees
Q: Is there an entrance fee?
No, there is no entrance fee. However, we charge a 500 yen setup fee for automatic monthly tuition withdrawals (for students not purchasing lesson tickets) and 500 yen per year for student insurance.
Q: Can I start or finish with Ark at any time?
Yes. We do not lock students into annual contracts—you can enroll or end lessons at your convenience.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my lesson?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule for free by notifying us before 9:00 PM on the day before your lesson, or by 9:00 AM on the day of the lesson in cases of illness.
Make-Up Lessons & Leaves of Absence
Q: Do you offer make-up lessons?
Yes. If you miss a class due to illness, a family emergency, or a school event, you can take a make-up class at a later date after notifying us of the cancellation.
Q: Can I take a month off and resume lessons later?
Yes. However, students paying monthly tuition must pay half-tuition during their leave of absence to hold their reserved spot in the class.
