Does Ark offer a free pick up or drop off service from school or home?

Yes. We can pick you up or drop you off within Onomichi for free.

Is there an entrance fee?

No. However, we charge 500 yen to set up automatic withdrawal of monthly tuition for students not buying lesson tickets and 500 yen/year for insurance.

Can I start or finish with Ark at any time?

Yes. We do not lock students into an annual contract.

Do you give make up lessons?

Yes. If you need to miss a class due to illness, a family emergency or school event you can take the class later after notifying us of the cancellation.

Can I cancel or reschedule my lesson?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule for free if you contact us before 9pm the day before or 9am on the day if due to illness.

Can I miss lessons for a month and start up again later?

Yes. However, students paying monthly must pay half tuition for the time they are away to keep their place in the class.
